One Sunday

Sundays are for relaxing.. today I have gone out with a dear friend from college. She's here from KL for her sister's convocation, and we've met up for some shopping at the Essendon DFO.

It's such a hot day you wouldn't believe it. I would say it isn't the hottest day to-date, but it's enough to make you sweat.. a lot.. It's been so hot lately, top of 38, 30, 36, 38, 39 degrees celsius.. such numbers just make you feel less fond of summer. Gosh, looking at my pictures, my hair colour doesn't even look like it's really been coloured. SIANZ.. what's the point of colouring it then? Maybe it's just to show how slow my hair regrows. And and.. Look how flat and "long" my nose is in the first picture.. So weird.. I got it from my mum. Apparently that's the significant trait my mum's family has got. Anyway, have just found out today that HC works in Singapore now. So I've got like.. a super big handful of college pals working in SGP now.. What a crowd huh? Maybe I should consider too? :P Nah, not now. ANYWAY, they're currently staying in a very nice place near the CBD, which is really appealing as I will be looking to rent a place in the city (or nearby) in the middle of the year. Goodness, I think I just change the topics too often. Shall stay focused.. *ahem* HC n HY didn't want to go karaoke with me today, which is a bit sad since I have been craving to go out. I guess I'll have to wait til this Friday when I go out with another bunch.

It's just really nice to see them again, then after meeting them I met up with Barbara for dinner. Nelayan on Swanston Street does have quite a nice TomYum Bihun. Sour and spicy enough. Yum!

I went to Coles after that to get some peaches for the week. Then I saw this!!

Couldn't resist dropping all my groceries and take a pic with it. :P Showed my sis at home and she said I looked like one of them x_x Just couldn't resist. :P I find it cute. What do you think? My standing position looks weird tho, like I was scared. Well, I did feel weird, the man offloading the meat was in the truck, still offloading. I just stood there for 2 secs to take a picture. For a moment then I wanted to put my hand on one of it for the picture. I mean, that's what people always do, isn't it??? hahaha, it's just funny. It's NOT GROSS!! :)

Sat BLVD Nite (14/4/07)

This would be the 1st night of clubbin for the year 2007. I know I don't go out as much as i'd like to, but this was fun! Have a look. just a peek actually. Nicholas is Jacke's nephew from Singapore, and Ashley would be his dear gf. Nick is really innocent for a guy his age, which is a good thing. Ashley is a damn good dancer. *Salute*

I was the designated driver, so i only had about 1 glass full of Chivas the WHOLE NIGHT! Of course the chivas was diluted with a whole lot of coke and green tea (which sucked with Chivas, btw). All the guys (except Johnny) was floating when we left Southbank. Alex wanted to stay another hour when we walked out of the club. The guys keep shaking hands with everybody, which was rather annoying coz the other ppl were so reluctant! and it was a bit embarassing, but yet so FUnny! it really was very cute to see the guys act in such ways.

Cool night, but we need more practice, n more planning. It was a bit expensive, thx to a certain lousy Kenneth from the club. Anybody who wants to go to BLVD on Saturdays, try to get Maggie, she's the bomb. Great customer service, good rapport with the guests.

That was the 14th night of the month. Up next would be my weekend trip. Stay tuned~ <3
