my week startin yesterday

yesterday was thursday, mq n i went to buy food from.. sheet, i forgot the name of the restaurant i always go to. anyway, while i was on my way back to the car, i PK-ed.. -_- i scratched my left knee n i was bleeding. all i could think of was "BLOODY SHOES!!!". trust me, no matter how new the shoe was, i'm throwin it away. nobody should ever wear shoes dat could make u fall. the lady who was beside me when i fell had the nerves to tell me to walk slower next time, instead of offerin comfort. she deserves a slap. we went home, n mq n i cleaned the wound. jacke came home just in time to slap on the plaster. it was a big plaster, i tell u. the whole thing was about 3 x 3 inches.

after our dinner at home, we went fishing again. hehe, we brought our gear n left for Stony Point. Ping Ping, Ronald, Jacke, Mq, Tracy n i arrived around 8pm, at the low tide. we quickly set up our stuffs n began fishin. n yes, for the first time ever, we caught a big-enough-to-bring-home fish!! hooray!!! i was the one who caught it.. :P n i didn't even use a rod.. i just lowered a bait into the sea n caught it. we were guessin dat it's a catfish, altho we weren't sure. from mouth to tail, the fish measured about 20cms. i am so proud of myself, first catch of the day!! then ah Ping Ping caught 2 small flatheads n an Eastern Fiddler Ray.. the sting ray was so scary lookin, its eyes looked like dat of a snake's.. we packed at about 12:30am n left for home.

after we parked our car at home at 2:30am, our next-door neighbour came out to talk to us. hehe, he complained dat Ronald's car was too loud n dat he was constantly awaken by his loud exhaust. his voice was shakey, n he wasn't very fluent in english. he said if we came back once a week in the middle of the night it was fine, but we do it twice a week (honestly, we come back in the middle of the night like 3 or 4 nights every week) n it was disturbing his sleep. i can understand the neighbour being angry, i think Ronald's exhaust is loud too. we then told him dat we've spent a lot of money to fix the exhaust already, after the initial complaint was lodged. he even said he could call the police or some authority to come check the exhaust to say it was too loud. dat was ridiculous!! i mean, yes, the exhaust was loud, but u can't get the police to tell us dat we have to conform to the lifestyle choices other ppl make.. so wat if we came back 3am in the morning? it's our choice to have it like dat. n the fact dat we had to drive the whole one-way stretch of road to get to our home isn't our choice. we were just obeyin the rules set by the whoever in charge. abcde, after dat we proceeded into the kitchen to clean the fish, which Patrick has done nicely. we threw away the stong ray eventually, coz we didn't know if it was edible or not. n we saw a worm comin out from its gill. yucks.. it was dead anyway, n it was rubbish day, wat other day better than this day to chuck it in the bin?

today i lazed around at home, i removed the plaster from my wound, n it looked uglier than ever!! there were bruises on the side which looked like a big cat had a go at it. it's slimey with a lot of plasma n dissolved antiseptic cream on it. should i put a bandage on? plasters suck. they left a trace of sticky goo on the sides. i'm goin for dinner with jacke's cousin's sis-in-law later. we'll eat at Pacific Seafood BBQ Restaurant at South Yarra then dessert will be at Soul Mama's. bless the espresso pots..

on saturday, jacke n i will try rock climbing for the 1st time. i know plenty of ppl tried it n loved it, i just hope it doesn't gimme another bruise or hurt my knee. after dat my housemates n i are goin to April's place for a dressed BBQ party. yay!! the theme for the day would be the 70s.. n i still have no idea wat to wear, well.. Albert says dat if we can't dress up in the 70s fashion, we'd have to do "Full-On Geeks". sigh, nerds? or bell-bottoms? i can't wear hotpants of miniskirts already, can i? haha well, i'll keep u posted. i gotta bathe now, shit, my knee is still wet. bye guyz. ican't wait for my dessert!

my wonderful pharmacy shopping day

jacke n i watched Flightplan yesterday, it wasn't too bad, love the twist of it. haven't been watchin many movies lately, reason is becoz Jc's been havin his exams (his last paper is on monday, yay!) n i've got no one else to go watch it with. it's quite sad, i think.. to stay here for more than 3 yrs n not have anyone to go watch movie with. no wait, there are ppl who i can watch movies with, Im Jie n Stephanie.. haha, but i can only watch movies with them on weekends, coz they work n all.. uhm.. maybe i should just mingle with them more.. even tho they're so much older than i am.. but hey, Im Jie is still my cousin, n i love her very much. it's great dat she's introduced some of her frenz to me.. namely Steph, Van, Sarah, Rachel n Liu Jia. Rachel is Sarah's.. 10-yr-old daughter, n they're really very nice ppl.. i did miss out on their shoppin trips some weeks ago, coz i went to Deca. there will be another driving day in december, too bad i'm already back in KL.

okay, anyway.. on to my day.. Jc n i went lunch with Patrick, Tracy n Ronald today, at Fei Chui's again. hehe, it seems out of 10 meals we eat out, 8 would be at Fei Chui's. after dat they went to Hastings, a lot down south to fix their precious cars n i went on to pay the parking infringement we received when we moved house almost a month ago. i had to pay it real soon coz if i don't do it in 28 days of issuance of the infringement, i'd get a court order! i arrived at the council n prepared my debit card for payment. apparently the lady told me she couldn't bring up the details of the infringemtn on the system, n she called someone else, who i presumed to be from HQ. they talked about the situation n i ended up not needing to pay the $50 fine! i was thrilled!! i was supposed to write a letter to contest the infringment, i DID draft it out, but was still contemplating whether to write it by hand or to type n print it out. i know, procrastinating isn't exactly wat i should do in regards to legal matters. BUT i did draft it out!! anyway, i was off the $50 fine (which i'm supposed to fork out of my own pocket becoz i didn't write the letter) n decided to cash out some money to go shopping.. there was a cosmetic sales at the town hall, n i saw a couple of ladies with big bags of cosmetics. gosh, should i go in?? but i don't have any cash in my wallet!! i only had $2.20. :P at the end, i parked at Whitehorse Centro n went straight to Priceline, my favourite pharmacy. after spending about half an hour (definitely more!) in there, i came out with shaving gel for Jc, some shavers for myself (initially for Mq), a shaver's pack for Mq, a bikini shaver, a Dove pack ($17.95 for a firming body wash, firming lotion, intensive firming gel-cream n a bath mit!!), n a curl tong. i swiped my debit card n guess wat, it DECLINED!!! TWICE!!! i was gonna sweat, but apologetically told the cashier dat i'd go to the ATM 1st. i checked my balance n it was -$109...... i suddenly felt just so cold.. n rummaged thru my wallet to see if i have my other debit card, n wondered if i brought my credit card with me. alas.. i called Jc n told him about it n asked if i could use the card i had of our joint account, the account which i am never supposed to cash out on. i told him it was the only solution n he agreed. haha, i paid for my $90.15 worth of stuff (n actually cashed out $200 to pay for it) n went back to my car.. i still wondered if i should go to the cosmetic sale.. uhm, maybe tmr.. hehe

i went home, opened up all my stuffs n decided to try out my new Dove kit.. it didn't smell very nice, but it felt really good to give my body a good brushing. the lotion was good too, i haven't been takin care of them properly these days. i also tried out the curl tong, my 1st curl produced a nice curl, but it made my hair feel like hay!! i should have never trusted these things but i went on.. i eventually curled it with the brush, n i had big hair.. my hair was puffy n big with volume, but the curls didn't come out quite as nice as i thought they would. it was disappointing, n i ended up being massively dizzy. this resulted from my hand-held 2-way mirror. i was holding a A3 size mirror with wooden frames checkin out my hair at the back against the wall-length mirror in the bathroom. it didn't help dat the bathroom light was yellow, trust me, get white lights for ur bathroom n u shall never regret. i couldn't care less after dat, i just slapped on some hair serum n went back to rest my head.

i have OFFIciaLLY:

• gave sony n spencer away on the 31st October, 2005 at 2:30pm to the RSPCA.. heartbroken as i am, i have thought it over n there was no way for me to keep them. i don't have the money, i don't have the space..
• moved to a new place, which is a fabulously big place. the bad thing about it is dat my room stinks as the last tenant smoked inside it n the ashes has gone into the carpet. no, steam cleaning didn't do the job.
• am officially goin back to KL on 25th november with my sis.
• helped my sis move to her new place too, more accessible from the highway.. now she'll never have the chance to say dat i've never helped her move after... 2 or 3 times she's moved.. keke
• received my mum's forwarded emails to n from her god-daughter in East M'sia. i've never met her, only saw her pictures. it is so weird dat she calls my parents "mummy" n "daddy" when my parents first met her in E.M. it would be lovely to have met her, but feels weird at the same time.
• stopped workin on my projects, be it the jewelleries or the sewing. oh shit, i forgot about my to-do list before i go back to KL. dang, gotta find the list.. :P
• planted my Asiatic Llilium Toronto bulbs into a yellow pot i bought yesterday.

life has just been terrible without sony n spencer..everytime i think of them, i feel them in my arms.. the weight, the dog hair.. sometimes even their breath.. yes, i know it's gross, but they're like my own children, imagining me shedding so much tears dat day, my eyes were puffy for 2 days straight. i understand dat i can never take care of them like i should, like i would like to, and have decided to not take them back from RSPCA. jacke asked me to think it over before we take them back n i did. i thought of the summer n how all the dog hair would shed, how the carpets would be full of dog hair (i took more than an hour to vaccuum our old room n there was still 20% of hair left) n how i would have to pick up all the dog shit n change newspapers n have the whole place stink of dog poo.. it was devastating, i would be goin back to KL, n come back a few months later. the dogs would be left unattended, n they would be so alone.. in the meantime, they might chew on furniture n leave us with all the scrubbing of walls, patching up n spray-painting. it was just too much work, n with not much space to run around, it worsens the whole situation. i realized, dat no matter how much i love them, so much so dat every look at a dog or a bark from the neighbour's dog would remind me of them, i can never keep them. i've failed to provide for my dogs, n i'm making a promise to myself dat i will not have any dogs in the near future.. not until i've got my own house to call home.. guyz, plz help me keep this promise.. i need this to protect myself from further harm. thankyou very much..

p/s: kai, i'm really sorry i didn't call u on ur birthday, but i will get u a nice present. i haven't bought it yet, but if there's somethin u want dat i can get, tell me yeah.. :P i'm sorry.. Belated Happy Birthday Kai!! luvya

we had so much fun dat day except for the time when some kids with 2 adults came to play with the dogs n then were too SCARED of the dogs. i can tell u these kids have no brains at all, callin for the dogs to come play then shouting "GO AWAY, GO AWAY, MAKE THEM GO AWAY!!" i wish they would go away, bloody kids. the adults had the nerve to look at us as if we were guilty for havin dogs. bloody those adults too..!!

we were quite disappointed dat there was no fish, n the fact dat it was our 2nd fishin trip. in our 1st trip, only Eric caught a seastar(or a starfish, as we call it). it was so cold n i was just too tired to be takin pictures standing up. hehe so i lied down on the pier.. these were taken about.. 6am? we were at Brighton at 10pm the night before.. shucks..

September 29th (Eric's b'day celeb)

the restaurant played the b'day song so loud everybody stared!! it was SO funny!! Eric got his 2nd b'day cake, the 1st was a mud cake n the 2nd one a strawberry mousse. we really laughed out heads off dat day. oh, n the photographer who took the group picture(S) was an indian customer who was so amazed by the digital cameras, he kept askin us to pose so he could take more pictures.. ahahhaha Eric is such a dear fren, i got to know him even before Jacke. Hoping to keep in touch with him even after he goes back to HK.. viva la frenship!

October 1st (Abalone hunting at Apollo Bay)

there are only 60 days in a year when u can 'fish' for abalones in victoria. and there are certain restrictions to it as well. green lip abalones can only be brought home if they are more than 13cm n black lip ones 11cm. we only saw super small ones dat day, n of course it was illegal to bring them home.. anyWAY, each person was only supposed to bring back 10 abalones, regardless of its type, n it had to be the rightful size. we brought back.. a COUPLE.. (i'm lying) but i guess i'm just too scared to reveal the amount here. it's a really hefty fine to be caught with tiny abalones, so msg me on tag-board, i'll send u a picture of the abalones we brought home. SHHhhhhh!! *ahem* it was warm n sunny, but the water is so cold, i tell u.. sink ur feet in for 10 seconds, they'll get numb! i bought a new pair of dark brown thongs from reef, as my pink havaianas aren't as comfy as they should b, even tho they served me a good 2 years already. sigh, the sun gave me marks on my suntanned feet.. which is still visible til today (13/10/05).

October 13th
i'm moving to another house on the 19th already, can't wait.. it would be a bigger n better house, compared to my current one.. i'm hoping dat i'd be more hardwokin in cleanin n tidyin the place, for i know i haven't done enough here at Cambridge St. the name of the street i live in keeps gettin better huh? 1st it was Howard St(as in Aussie PM John Howard?) then it was Cambridge St(C uni?) n next it'll be Kingswood Rise.. gosh, it sounds like those.. erm.. villages during the Robin Hood era, doesn't it? all the kings n queens..

i've sent it an application for a part-time job at an art supply store. i wonder y they haven't replied me yet, it's been.. 2 days? gosh, this is my 1st job applic, i hope i get it. kekeke i wish, huh? hehe, well i hope it won't be long until i get a job, i really need money (note there's no 'extra' infront of 'money'). i'm goin broke soon..

i've also signed up for a correspondence course in dressmaking, as i've told charz n min.. i WILL, one day be able to make my own clothes from scratch!! hahaha, dat's my ultimate goal.. wish me luck u guyz, n pray for me! for i'll be the one who'll help u alter ur clothes (in the future) without charge.. kekeke mum n dad also brought our sewing machine from KL, so i can sew!! God, i love them so much..

oh, i've had my graduation ceremony on the 6th oct. i'm gettin my pictures from my sis tmr so i won't put them up now.. stay tuned to see my fat-faced grad pics..:/
